Chef Clinton is coming back to the Provisions Kitchen! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Chef Clinton will teach his favorite sauces and pairings. This will be more of a demo-style class so guests may focus on enjoying the incredible meal. Monkeypod Jam
Join Monkeypod Jam Founder, Aletha Thomas for a day of cookie decorating. Focusing on flooding designs using royal icing, learn how to make royal icing and experiment with different flooding techniques used to create beautiful, seasonal cookies. All the needed ingredients, recipes, and tools will be prepared so we may dive into the creative process. At the end of class, guests will depart with at least one dozen completed sugar cookies and a full understanding of how to create more at home.
