HCT Presents "Elf the Musical"

Thanksgiving is one of the favorite holidays at the Provisions Kitchen. It’s all about hospitality, creating soul-warming dishes, and kicking off the winter season. Each year, they flip through their library of culinary magazines and cookbooks looking for new ways to present traditional sides. In this class, you will be sharing your favorites including Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cinnamon-Butter Yogurt and Chestnuts, Braised Greens in Coconut Milk, Harissa Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom and Gruyere Bread Pudding. You will enjoy a meal made of sides and sample a favorite Thanksgiving dessert, an Apple Tarte Tatin.
Annual 5k Turkey Trot

Hokuala Ocean Golf Course
Get a healthy start to your Thanksgiving day while supporting a great cause. Early morning sunrise stroll or run with peaceful and breath-taking views of the ocean. A fun family-friendly run, walk, or trot on the beautiful Hokuala grounds. Register online at kauaiturkeytrot.org. The 5k race starts at 7 am. 9 Hole Turkey Shoot, tee time is 7 am. Donate some canned goods to the Hawaii Foodbank Kaua’i and be entered to win some prizes!
Wailua Bay Creator’s Fair

Taking place in front of the Hilton Garden Inn in Wailua, the Wailua Bay Creator’s Fair featurs over 38 vendors that create their products here on Kauai and are passionate about supporting the local community. You will find anything from artists, clothing, accessories, hand-sewn items, jewelry, photography, wood carvings, home decor, Kauai keepsakes, and so much more. Enjoy your day with live music and ono delights from local food vendors!
