Here we are in the third month of the year! Kaua’i is still proving to be a great place to spend your time, no matter what time of the day or year!

Old Kapa’a Town 1st Saturday Art Walk
Saturday, March 4
5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Old Kapa’a Town
This very popular Art Walk in Old Kapaa Town stretches across town from the First Hawaiian Church to Kela’s Glass on the Kuhio Highway! Locals and visitors alike have gathered here for many years to enjoy the tasty food provided by the food trucks, shop crafts, and treasures created by local artisans, as well as check out the wonderful products and services offered by local non-profit organizations. Enjoy live music and lots of fun at this monthly event!

Dance Showcase in Hanalei – Hale Halawai ‘Ohana O Hanalei
Saturday, March 11
2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Students of all ages and levels of dance, come enjoy ballet demonstrations by the youngest dancers ages 3-5.  In addition to demonstrations, dancers 6 years and older will be performing accomplished choreography and traditional classical repertoire from Swan Lake, Paquita, and Coppelia.  Select students will be showcasing contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, and Spanish dance.

Kaua'i Island Crafters Fair
Saturday, March 11
8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Church of the Pacific, Princeville
Welcome and experience the unique & fine quality handmade products at Kaua'i’s local craft fair event.  They are an elite group of local crafters and artisans that gather monthly to showcase crafts.  Here you will find something special to complete your Kaua'i shopping experience!  They proudly present products like wood & bone carvings, exquisite shells entwined with silver or gold jewelry, finely sewn items like Hawaiian print fabric quilts, bathmats, beautiful watercolor paintings, scenic Kaua'i photographs, Kaua'i-designed sun catchers, and a few more. It’s locally made or designed and passionately handcrafted by an elite group of Kaua'i artists and crafters.

Lokahi: Uniting Kaua'i's Youth Through the Power of Music
Sunday, March 12
1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Kilohana Plantation
This inaugural annual event will bring together high school students from across Kaua'i to enjoy some of Hawaii’s top entertainers, including Aldrine Guerrero, Bronson Aiwohi, Paula Fuga, and more, with opening acts and Hawaiian cultural programming presented by local youth and adult artists.

Kaua'i Psychic Fair
Saturday, March 18
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kaua'i War Memorial Convention Hall
The Kaua'i Psychic Fair is entering its 26th year to bring the community together to share and learn about spirituality and offer readings from psychics around the Hawaiian Islands. There will be tarot, astrology, numerology, and medium readings available as well as crystals, metaphysical supplies, and gifts for sale. There will be also mandala-making and other activities available. Keiki welcome!
